Light Design & Operation

Hi! I'm Jake.  I'm currently a freshman at Plainfield North High School and a theater tech student at the Paramount School of the Arts.  I have designed and operated lights since I was in Middle School, including A Christmas Carol (Playnfield Players), Dare to Dream Jr. (Paramount School of the Arts), Newsies, Jr. , Lion King, Jr. (IJMS) and Frozen Jr. (HGMS).  I have also assisted with tech crew for Mean Girls, Jr. and The Lightning Thief at Paramount School of the Arts.  I also enjoy being on stage and have played the roles of Young Simba (Lion King, Jr.) and Race (Newsies, Jr.) at IJMS and most recently, I was part of the Worker Chorus in Hadestown, Teen at my high school.  I also played the role of Nigel in Matilda at The Fireside, a professional dinner theater in Wisconsin.  I play piano and trumpet and also love baseball, volleyball, and farming.
